Gavin has discovered his nasal cavity. He slowly and deliberately inserts his finger into a nostril while he zones out staring straight ahead. He sticks it so far up there, his finger disappears beyond the knuckle.

Halloween was so fun this year! Gavin was dressed as a tiger and we went to the mall in costume. He loved looking at all the kids in costumes. He found another little boy his same age also dressed as a tiger and the two of them just stood there and stared at each other for a very long time. Tyler kept wanting to pull the tiger's tail but Mommy wouldn't let him. Then, we did a parade around the mall as each store passed out candy. This was pure pandemonium as it was really crowded and lines everywhere. But Gavin just sat in his stroller checking it all out while sucking on candy, wrappers and all. At the end of the mall madness, Tyler's pumpkin was full but we noticed Gavin only had a few pieces of candy left in it. Either he ate it all or it spilled out, we haven't yet determined which. That evening at home, as we waited for it to get dark so we could trick or treat, Gavin got down on all fours and began doing this silly thing that I suddenly recognized as a tiger's crawl. We captured some great video of him and Tyler crawling and roaring like a tiger. After trick or treating, we went home to watch the video of our fun day which made the boys even more excited. Between seeing themselves on TV, eating all that candy, and answering the door for all the trick or treators, I've never seen Gavin and Tyler so hyper in my life!
