Mommy caught me doing something really embarrassing last night. First, you should know that I stopped sleeping in a Pull Up about a month ago and haven't had an accident in about forever. Lately I've been putting my own pajamas on after bath and sometimes I foget to put on underwear. Well last night as we were laying on our beds listening to Mommy read Sleeping Beauty, I discovered this strange part of my body. I had no idea that if I reach my hand around my back, that I could tuck my pajamas into this crack on my back and they would stay there. Even though we were in the middle of the story, I jumped up to test whether the pajamas would fall out of the crack when I stood up. They didn't. Mommy kept reading so I thought she wasn't watching me as I reached my hand around my backside and tucked more pajamas into this crack. They stuck. I couldn't believe this cool new trick and I was really excited but when Mommy suddenly asked me what I was doing, it occurred to me that the crack wasn't really in my back, it was my bottom and I got so embarrassed because Mommy started laughing so hard it made Tyler laugh even though he didn't even know what he was laughing at. Well, either way, it was a new trick to me and I don't think it was all that funny.

Yes! I can now ride my tricycle faster than ever. Tyler took the Jeep and I rode the trike. Even when Tyler had it in high speed (8 mph), I pedaled faster than the Jeep. I am so fast. Mom was so wrong when she said I'd never learn how to ride a bike. My little feet go so fast on the tricycle recommended for infants aged 12-36 months, I must be the fastest pedaler in the world.

I'm really beginning to wonder about my family. I mean, we really have very different senses of humor. How on earth can you not laugh when I squeeze my body between the wall and the couch and yell that I'm stuck. It's hysterical. But nobody laughs, mommy rolls her eyes and Tyler ignores me. And the other day, when I was hiding in the BEST hiding place ever, it ended up turning awful because of this family. Mommy was late for work, Tyler was already in the car and I was so hidden. Mommy was running all over the house looking for me, hollering for daddy to get up and help her. You know I was hiding good if she needed help from Daddy. Well, imagine my surprise when she began to cry thinking she had lost me. That's when I had to give up my hiding place so she would know I wasn't lost. Instead of complimenting me on the stellar hiding place, she lectured me forever about listening and getting ready and blah blah blah. This family, they like to do boring things like take walks, play Go Fish, and read. Me, I prefer running or pedalling my big wheel so fast it makes Mommy run to catch up to me, I prefer playing on the computer over card games, and the other day I went ahead and cleaned up Mommy's desktop by dragging all her icons where I think they belong. And I prefer to watch my stories on TV instead of reading about them, which is exactly why I taught myself how to use the DVD, TV and remotes!

Daddy brought the boat home yesterday so I thought for sure we'd get to go on it! But when Mommy asked me and Tyler if we wanted to go on a walk I said no way, I'm staying with Daddy. Daddy put me in the driver's seat while he winterized the engine. I watched Mommy and Tyler walk Chili all over the park. I knew Daddy was very busy, but I had to go potty. So he took me inside and waited for me to do my business. Then he carried me back to the driver's seat so he could continue working on it. Then I needed a drink. Daddy brought it to me. Then I wanted to go inside. After he helped me off the boat and inside, I changed my mind and wanted to come back on board. I wondered if Daddy knew I was trying to drive him crazy? When Tyler and Mommy came back across the street and Daddy told them to get me off the boat, I knew the answer to that question. It was really fun.

After spending the past 2 months talking non-stop about Santa Claus and Christmas, it's funny how it all comes to an end. I mean, Mommy must have reminded me every single day that I'd better be good because Santa was watching me. And then there was the time when Mommy made Tyler cry by putting him on a timeout and I came up to her and said "Hey, Mommy! Why did you make my brother cry?" Then I pointed my finger at her, squinted my eyes and said sternly, "Santa Claus is watching you, Mommy."
Now that Christmas is over, I miss talking about it so much.

Mommy is so gullible. Every day I tell her to leave my room because I'm going to surprise her. Every day, I do the same thing: Take off my pajamas and pull-up (which has stayed dry for months), put on clean underwear, a pair of pants and a shirt. It's really cold out but if I choose a short sleeved shirt on accident, she showed me where my long sleeved ones are to put over it. Then I come out of my room and yell "Surprise" and every day, Mommy gets so shocked to see me in my clothes. You'd think she would know by now since we do this every single day. Today Mommy was extra nice because as we walked into Kindercare, she noticed I had accidentally put my jeans on backwards and she decided not to say anything about it since I was so proud to walk around the clothes I had put on myself.
